Job summary

Excellus Health Plan is seeking an EPMO Project Manager to lead a range of application, operations, and program projects. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, and reports while ensuring scope and budget compliance. You will mentor teams, apply PM best practices, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role supports Level I–IV responsibilities, with strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration, governance, and delivering measurable business outcomes for the health plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years related work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of multiple project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SDLC).
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine project schedules, deliverables, assignments, and meetings.
• Track work and budgets to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate core team meetings and maintain agenda/minutes.
• Monitor project economics, risks, and change management.
• Escalate issues and provide guidance to leadership.
