Job summary

SSOE Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary design and delivery efforts for advanced technology facilities, with emphasis on cleanrooms, fab support systems, and high‑tech infrastructure.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and risk across all phases, coordinate with discipline leads and clients, mentor team members, and drive change management to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or high‑tech facilities.
• Experience in design‑build or IPD environments; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from pre‑design through construction administration.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies for large, multidisciplinary design and construction efforts.
• Coordinate with discipline leads in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, process, controls, and architectural teams to integrate systems into cohesive deliverables.
• Guide basis of design development, design narratives, engineering calculations, and technical reviews for facility systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee QA/QC review gates, interdisciplinary coordination, and milestone deliverable reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
