Job summary

SSOE Group's Advanced Technology division is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-build engineering projects for high-tech and industrial facilities. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams from concept through startup, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality align with client needs.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in industrial tech, with PMP preferred and proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera P6). Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant PM experience in design/construct of industrial or high-tech facilities.
• PMI-PMP certification is highly desired.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Experience leading cross-cultural, multi-time-zone project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform field verifications on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination with international and domestic client and delivery teams.
• Plan, execute, and closeout complex design and design-build projects with defined deliverables.
• Manage scope, changes, and client requirements through formal processes.
• Develop integrated schedules using Deltek Vantagepoint or similar.
• Foster collaboration across engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, regulators, and contractors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and codes; participate in design reviews.
• Provide construction-phase support, reviews of submittals, RFIs, and site walks.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to PM process improvements.
• Promote a strong safety culture on all projects.
