Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking aSenior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary design and delivery for advanced technology facilities, including cleanrooms and fab support systems. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all phases, coordinating with discipline leads and internal teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

You will mentor teams, manage client communications, and contribute to pursuit efforts for semiconductor and related opportunities, leveraging PMP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering industrial/advanced technology facilities (e.g., semiconductor fabs).
• PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex semiconductor facility projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across all phases.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate building systems.
• Develop basis of design, design narratives, and technical reviews.
• Oversee QA/QC gates and milestone deliverable reviews.
• Direct change management and client communications.
• Mentor project teams and support pursuit activities.
