Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Santa Clara to lead complex multidisciplinary design and delivery efforts for advanced technology facilities, with emphasis on cleanrooms and high-tech infrastructure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all project phases, coordinating with clients, discipline leads, and subconsultants.

The role requires strong communication, change management, and leadership skills to drive projects to on-time, on-budget, compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
Proven project management experience in complex facilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from pre-design through construction administration.
Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies for large multidisciplinary efforts.
Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate cleanroom, fab, and high-performance building systems.
Guide basis of design development, engineering calculations, and technical reviews.
Oversee QA/QC review gates and milestone deliverables for accuracy and code compliance.
Manage client communication, executive reporting, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
