Job summary

SSOE Group’s Advanced Technology division seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary design and delivery for advanced technology facilities, focusing on cleanrooms, fab support, and high-tech infrastructure.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk across all phases, coordinate with clients, discipline leads, and subconsultants, while driving change management, safety, and client satisfaction. A PMP is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil/Structural, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated project management experience of 10 or more years, with focus on industrial/advanced technology facilities.
• Proven experience leading projects in design-build or integrated project delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of facility systems (cleanroom, HVAC, utilities, power, plumbing).
• PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from pre-design through construction administration.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies for large multidisciplinary efforts.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate cleanroom, fab support, and high-performance building systems.
• Guide basis of design development, design narratives, engineering calculations, and reviews.
• Oversee QA/QC review gates, interdisciplinary coordination, and milestone reviews.
