Job summary

SSOE Group's Advanced Technology division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from planning through construction administration in Scottsdale. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all delivery phases, coordinating with discipline leads, subconsultants, and internal teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil/Structural, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or advanced technology facilities.
• Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of facility systems such as cleanroom design, HVAC, and power distribution.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces.
• PMI PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from pre-design through construction administration.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to integrate cleanroom, fab support, and high‑performance building systems.
• Guide basis of design, design narratives, calculations, and technical reviews.
• Oversee QA/QC and milestone deliverable reviews to ensure accuracy and code compliance.
• Manage client communication and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct change management, scope evaluation, and negotiations with clients and contractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for equipment integration and long‑lead items.
