Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager and Office Leader to guide the full lifecycle delivery of complex, large-scale design-build projects in the Advanced Technology division. You will also shape the culture, growth, and operational excellence, while developing the next generation of project management talent across cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in design-build or integrated project delivery environments.
• Proven leadership of complex, high-tech facilities projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale advanced technology projects within an integrated design-build framework.
• Coordinate with international and domestic teams to align scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage changes through formal change control processes.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to internal PM processes and standards.
• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry codes.
