• Lead market engagements for Make vs. Buy, NPI supplier selection, and component spend areas.
• Oversee category/supplier management and execution of strategic and business plans.
• Support multiple strategic sourcing initiatives across products and geographies.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to senior management.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and transition contracts to base teams.
• Lead due diligence and support for biosense business development activities.
• Optimize quality, reliability, innovation, and cost via early supplier engagement.
• Drive innovation by identifying external partner capabilities for future tech needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
