Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Source Quality Supply Base Optimization to lead a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers. You will drive supplier transfers, development, and risk management across the MedTech supply base, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

You will partner with Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to execute transfer plans, governance, and stabilization, delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement across a matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline in a regulated industry.
• Minimum of two years direct people-management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex supplier-related transfers, supplier qualification, development, or network optimization initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems, supplier controls, purchasing controls, process validation, change control, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers supporting Supply Base Optimization.
• Define roles, priorities, and accountability; translate portfolio priorities into resource plans.
• Manage performance, development, and coaching within the team.
• Lead Source Quality for transfer projects, supplier consolidation, and exits.
• Oversee transfer quality plans, risk management, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with design and process change controls, and supplier qualification procedures.
• Monitor project dashboards, communication, and reporting to stakeholders.
