Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality, manufacturing, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Quality or Supply Chain within a highly regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development, or performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Working knowledge of medical device quality systems, regulatory requirements.
• Experience using data and statistics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and supplier executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development strategy and program leadership across the organization.
• Define measures, scorecards, dashboards, and governance routines.
• Analyze supplier data to identify risks and opportunities for intervention.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive improvement and risk reduction.
• Support regulatory inspections and supplier-related compliance.
• Promote supplier quality improvement and performance across the enterprise.
