Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics to develop supply chains enabling successful NPD launches and lifecycle programs, driving operational excellence with internal and external manufacturing partners.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, designing optimized supply chains, and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry.
• Project Management experience with process development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain readiness for large global NPD programs and lifecycle initiatives.
• Design value chains for new products to align with business strategies.
• Provide robust program management and cross-functional collaboration across commercial, R&D, quality, and planning.
• Drive readiness processes with strong functional accountability and clear communications.
