Job summary

Lab Consulting Partnership is seeking a Senior Project Lead to plan and manage multi-million dollar process improvement initiatives while fostering superior client relationships. The role oversees hybrid-site consulting teams and requires 10-20% travel across the United States.

Responsibilities include hands-on project management for large, on-site projects with teams of 3–12 consultants, delivering quantified benefits, and expanding client relationships through strategic account management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex, multi-million dollar operations project management experience; must include significant consulting experience with relationships at the Fortune 1000 C-level.
• Proven ability to attract, retain and expand client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Project Management: manage multiple, large-scale, on-site projects with teams of 3 to 12 consultants; ascertaining needs and solutions and controlling project timetables and scope; essentially working as one’s own profit center
• Benefits Delivery: produce quantified improvement benefits with supporting documentation
• Account Management: conduct implementation projects with an account management perspective for our client base, i.e., preserve and extend relationships, expand projects, build firm reputation
• Internal Leadership: provide strategic input on project methodologies, management techniques, budgets, long range goals and revenue objectives
• Professional Development: help develop a competent and motivated, professional staff
