Job summary

Blue Chip seeks a Senior Client Leader to steer major client programs, manage project lifecycles, and optimize P&L across the client portfolio. You will mentor teams, lead strategic development, and maintain proactive client communications to deliver results across campaigns.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, presentation delivery, and a strong grasp of budgeting, staffing, and scope management within a hybrid work environment in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• Experience in account services including planning, managing, and activating marketing plans for B2C and/or B2B clients.
• Agency experience in marketing, advertising and related fields required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of client campaigns with guidance for complex projects.
• Develop high value relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Present to junior, mid and senior client levels with clear agency POV.
• Manage project lifecycle from planning to activation and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor hours vs SOW and ensure profitability across client teams.
