Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Distribution Communications Engineering. You will lead engineering, operations, and IT project teams, drive scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with diverse internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires extensive experience in Operational Technology projects within electric distribution, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex programs across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years related industry experience, with at least two years managing teams.
• Experience managing large, complex Operational Technology projects with multiple tracks.
• Knowledge of electric distribution system operations.
• PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT project team to successful execution of assigned projects within Distribution Communications Engineering.
• Manage resources across disciplines to deliver results on time.
• Meet with stakeholders and steering committee to communicate issues and decisions clearly.
• Monitor risks, issues and interdependencies affecting scope, schedule, cost, or solution alignment.
• Oversee development of project approval documentation including scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain project budgets and provide regular financial projections.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and oral project status reports to management.
