Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Lead Engineer in Project Solutions within the Business and Quality Assurance organization to oversee the lifecycle of electric transmission and distribution projects.

The role emphasizes resource management, KPI reporting, and coordination with EPAC and SDC, with travel across MA/CT/NH and occasional other sites. A BS in Electrical Engineering and eight years in the utility sector are preferred, with supervisory experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of eight years in the technical, operational, or engineering aspects of the electrical utility industry.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations with a focus on resource management, workload prioritization, and internal customer support.
• Support the project lifecycle process across engineering, finance, project management, and field operations to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Support EPAC and SDC governance and drive process improvements for lifecycle, EPAC, and SDC.
