Job summary

Eversource seeks a Senior Supervisor to provide leadership for the construction, operation, maintenance and emergency restoration of the electric distribution and transmission systems. You will coordinate across districts and promote a safety-first culture while guiding teams to deliver reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
Minimum of eight to ten years of related experience required with supervisory experience.
Experience in electric distribution preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must maintain switching and tagging qualifications.
Ability to use PC desktop applications (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

Serves as the local technical lead or coach for other supervisors.
Develops and coaches other supervisors in various aspects of their role.
Authorizes re-allocation of resources when priorities conflict.
Drives innovation and change in business processes.
Leads area work center activities during manager absence.
Represents manager at department, customer, and community meetings.
