Job summary

Eversource is seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to lead Distribution Communications Engineering initiatives, delivering scope, schedule, and budget alignment across Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and maintaining rigorous project reporting to enable successful execution in a complex OT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years in the industry, with at least two years leading teams and OT project delivery.
• Experience in managing projects in the electric distribution industry.
• PMI certification preferred and strong project management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT project teams to deliver projects within Distribution Communications Engineering.
• Manage resources across disciplines to achieve timely results.
• Develop and implement project strategies spanning the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and steering committees on communications and decisions.
• Monitor risks, issues, interdependencies, and budget alignment.
• Prepare and deliver clear status reports to management.
• Oversee project budget, cost projections, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with proper methodologies and documentation standards.
