Job summary

Bechtel’s Project Information and Innovation Manager (PIIM) leads the data-centric delivery model, coordinating Document Management, Project IS&T, 3D design, and analytics. The role liaises with internal and external stakeholders to define information requirements and drive integration across 3D, 4D, and 5D planning.

It requires senior IT leadership, governance, and a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, information management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IT staff and project IT operations on mega projects.
• Plans IS&T resources, budgets, and staffing for multiple studies.
• Defines IT goals and schedules for the project.
• Develops and implements Project Automation and Information Management Plans.
• Manages vendor contracts and software licenses across studies and projects.
• Maintains the project software portfolio and drives integration across disciplines.
