Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Innovation & Information Manager (PIIM) to spearhead digital, AI and robotics solutions across cross-functional workflows for Clean Power projects. You will collaborate with the Project Management team to implement technology, applications and hardware that deliver data-centric delivery and improve safety, productivity and quality.

The role requires leading a broad set of automation initiatives, integrating reality capture, BIM and PMIS tools, and ensuring adoption

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor of Science and 15+ years delivering large, complex AEC projects.
Experience implementing digital solutions on self-perform EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of IM plans, standards, and master data models.

Responsibilities

Lead and deploy AI, robotics, and innovation solutions to improve productivity, safety and quality across project phases.
Collaborate with IS&T leads and functional leads to validate configurations and data exchanges.
Oversee Reality Capture programs including LiDAR, drone, and photogrammetry data for progress tracking.
Develop and implement integrated work processes to support app exchange requirements.
Create training and adoption plans for project systems and the CDE; provide user guidance.
