Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Manager to lead IT staff on a large-scale, hybrid cloud and on-premises environment at a major project. You will drive IT strategy, automation plans, and cross-functional integration to support project execution.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data storage, software integration, and dashboards, coordinating with BIM, Records, and PIIM managers to deliver on project objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with large-scale EPC/Construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of document management, project controls, and engineering software suites.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff and operations for complex projects.
• Define IT requirements to support project execution.
• Coordinate IS&T plans with project teams, contractors and client.
• Develop and implement the Project Automation Plan and related dashboards.
• Manage IS&T budget, procurement, assets, and vendor relations.
• Drive continuous improvement of IS&T systems at the project site.
