Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a Project HSE Manager who will be a core member of the project team, driving health, safety, and environmental programs on site in Atlanta. The role progresses through three steps (I, II, Sr.), reflecting increasing responsibility and project scale while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The position focuses on hands-on safety leadership, plan development, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to protect workers and the public.

Qualifications

• Certifications such as STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP preferred but not required.
• At least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written/spoken communication.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations.
• Create/update the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Create/update the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitate the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Review and file project safety documentation.
