Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to guide health and safety on its projects. The role advances through three steps (I, II, Sr.) and focuses on facilitating HS&E programs, safety walks, and incident management.

You will develop and maintain the Project Environmental and Safety Management Plans, oversee site orientations, and coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance and worker well-being. This hands-on position requires strong leadership and field presence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety programs and teams.
• Experience conducting site safety walks and orientations.
• Strong knowledge of project safety plans and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections on the project site.
• Deliver site-specific safety orientations to new workers.
• Create, update, and maintain the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Create, update, and maintain the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitate the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Review and file project safety documentation.
