Sundt Construction seeks a Project HSE Manager to lead health and safety on project teams, guiding others and promoting well-being while advancing through three steps (I, II and Sr.).

You will implement the Project Environmental Management Plan and the Project Safety Management Plan, conduct site safety orientations and walks, manage incidents, and support a strong safety culture on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
