Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of underwriting, credit, or portfolio management in Project Finance with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credit transactions for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Analyze data to determine capital structure, manage amendments and waivers, monitor portfolio performance.
• Review financial statements and project cash flow models to support credit decisions.
• Prepare thorough credit underwriting with industry and financial trend analysis for Credit Officer review.
• Ensure decisions reflect strong asset quality and risk/return balance.
• Assist Relationship Managers with marketing materials and deal presentations.
• Mentor junior professionals.
