Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to oversee one or more large-scale construction projects, including advanced manufacturing and infrastructure.

You’ll lead the delivery team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met. This senior role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction management, contracts, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication and support for all team members and stakeholders.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate and client guidelines.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports and modify schedules as needed.
• Coordinate project activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Understand CPM-based project schedules and monitor construction progress to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.

Education
