Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Lead to provide technical leadership on complex projects and to support the Project Manager in managing performance, cost, and schedule. This role requires collaboration with clients and multiple internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering and project management experience, a BS or MS in Engineering, and professional registration (PE and/or PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE and/or PMP registration preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on projects and support PM in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Project Controls on execution.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedules and document scope changes.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and review design deliverables.
