Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a technically strong leader to guide projects and support the Project Manager in performance, cost, and schedule. This role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering and project management, with knowledge of company execution procedures and PMP preferred. A strong communicator and mentor will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Inform PM of technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Project Controls on execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and changes in scope with regular reporting.
• Lead multi-discipline deliverables and ensure quality control.
