Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope while coordinating with engineering leaders to deliver on time and within budget, with emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, and experience in contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• PE license and/or PMP certification highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all major technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions on projects.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure timely invoicing and change notices.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and quality against plans.
• Coordinate resources and align client expectations across stakeholders.
• Provide construction phase support and respond to RFI.
• Close out projects per client requirements.
• Maintain timely reporting with weekly/monthly updates.
• Promote positive client relations for long-term collaboration.
