Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within performance budgets.

Ideal candidates bring up to 10 years in engineering/project management, a PE or PMP is preferred, and strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects from initiation to closeout to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and quality; track progress and report through formal reviews.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams and promote Change Management processes to handle scope changes.
• Ensure documentation, submittals, and compliance with engineering standards across all disciplines.
