Job summary

• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge and application of company standards and good practices.
• Knowledge of company engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver on commitments.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• Proven coordination of complex technical issues across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on projects and assist PM in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Inform PM of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with the PM team on execution.
• Support PM in managing budgets, schedules, changes in scope, and resource forecasting.
• Monitor discipline hours, TIC estimates, and scope changes as the project progresses.
• Develop or support project-specific engineering procedures and approvals.
• Coordinate input for scope-defining documents and design plans.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables and conduct regular reviews.
