Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking an engineering leader to help guide project performance and deliverables.

You will support the Project Manager, coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution across multiple disciplines. The role requires 5+ years of engineering and project management experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, and professional registrations are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PM Team on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing engineering budgets and schedules and scope changes.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of engineering status and issues.
• Plan, schedule, and forecast engineering resources with Discipline Leads.
• Track man-hours and TIC quantities to recognize scope changes as projects progress.
• Develop or facilitate engineering/design procedures for the project.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables (Line List, Equipment List, P&IDs, GA drawings).
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues across disciplines.
• Maintain overall quality control of engineering work.
