Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced engineering leader to serve as the technical and project performance lead for an assigned area. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and client relations across multiple disciplines, ensuring design integrity and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a PE, PMP is preferred, and have at least 15 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management. This role emphasizes coordination, governance, and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration and PMP preferred.
• Familiarity with project controls tools and company standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multi-disciplinary delivery.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedule including reporting responsibilities.
• Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources for the project.
• Coordinate with the client on technical design issues.
• Own project-specific engineering/design procedures and approvals.
• Coordinate scope & criteria documents and related deliverables.
• Identify and respond to scope changes across disciplines.
• Lead inter-disciplinary coordination and model reviews for 3D projects.
• Review design deliverables for inter-discipline consistency and quality.
• Manage project team resources, training, and overall quality control.
