Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Project Controls on execution.
• Assist PM in managing engineering budgets and schedules and changes in scope.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of engineering status and issues.
• Plan, schedule, and forecast engineering resources with Discipline Leads.
• Monitor man-hour consumption and estimate bases for scope changes.
• Develop or facilitate project-specific engineering/design procedures with approvals as needed.
• Coordinate engineering input for scope documents and execution plans.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables (Line List, Equipment List, Drawings).
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues.
