Qualifications

• Experience with project management plans and PMP components.
• Ability to develop procurement schedules and integrate with CPM schedules.
• Knowledge of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of the project management plan and risk management for successful execution.
• Develops procurement schedules and coordinates submittals with other trades; reviews for compliance.
• Administers budgeting and cost control to complete within approved budget.
