Job summary

Sundt Construction in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Manager experienced in pre-construction and large power projects to drive safe, profitable, and timely delivery of complex facilities.

The role is 100% on-site, with emphasis on coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; developing CPM schedules and cost control processes; and leading the project team to meet safety, schedule, quality, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Con managing construction projects, thorough knowledge of contract documents.
• Knowledge of scheduling systems, materials, equipment utilization, and cash flow.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and field-to-office coordination.

Responsibilities

• Champions the transition from estimating to field with contract reviews and schedules.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent on means, methods, and resources.
• Manages CPM schedule development and procurement coordination.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and cost projections.
• Participates in business development and client negotiations.
