Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager Expert to lead capital projects from charter through commissioning in Solon, OH, with travel to support sites nationwide. Ideal candidates will have a engineering degree, 7+ years in capital projects, and experience with SAP/Microsoft Project; TPM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project; TPM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project development and execution from charter through commissioning.
• Coordinate with client and multiple internal/external groups; ensure design and schedule adherence.
• Manage project budget, milestones, and change control with monthly status reporting.
• Oversee contractor selection, bidding, and field execution; ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Provide construction management and plant startup support as needed.
