Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager Expert to lead capital projects for the factory, overseeing design, construction and commissioning with strict schedule and budget control. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and maintaining quality and safety standards across processes.

Relocation assistance to Solon, OH or St Louis, MO is provided; Remote is possible near a major airport on a case-by-case basis, with 70–80% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project.
• TPM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership by identifying, developing and executing capital projects.
• Coordinate with client and internal/external groups to ensure project success.
• Direct and execute installation, construction and commissioning of projects.
• Monitor budgets, risks and schedule; report monthly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, FDA and OSHA requirements.
