Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of related experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• 7+ years experience managing capital projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project; TPM experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to analyze data and drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for capital projects from charter to startup.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams and external contractors.
• Develop and maintain project cost forecasts, budgets, and monthly status reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, FDA, and OSHA requirements.
• Lead bid processes, vendor selection, and contract administration.
• Monitor schedules and milestones; manage scope changes and approvals.
• Support plant operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
