Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering & Capital Projects to lead capital projects from concept to closeout in a manufacturing environment. You will guide equipment installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements while aligning cross-functional teams to safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• PMI/PM certification preferred; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through design, construction, start-up and closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedule and risk.
• Ensure safety, GMP and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
