One Stop Systems, Inc. leads in rugged compute solutions for AI/ML and autonomous applications. We seek a Project Engineer to guide engineering projects from inception to full production, coordinating across hardware, software, and operations teams to meet strict schedules and budgets.

The role requires a BS in engineering or a related field with 7+ years of experience. You will interface with customers and internal teams, manage risks, and drive design reviews and cost-reduction efforts within

Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering project execution from concept to production release.
Develop detailed project schedules, scope documents, resource plans, and milestones.
Interface between Engineering, PMO, Operations, and external customers.
Manage risks, resolve roadblocks, perform root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Coordinate design reviews and deliverables across hardware and software teams.
Monitor budget, ECO/ECN changes, and scope modifications.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Drive process improvements for project management workflows.
