Job summary
Columbia Tech in Westborough, MA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead major product development programs from concept through commercialization. Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of product development experience with proven leadership of complex projects.
- Strong systems engineering background required.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams by influence.
- Experience with ERP and PDM systems; Kinetic (Epicor) and SolidWorks PDM are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in alignment with the company's core values and mission.
- Act as the primary technical interface to customers and stakeholders.
- Author and oversee FRDs, specifications, and design documentation.
- Define, maintain, and trace customer, regulatory, and system requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive DFX initiatives balancing performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with SOWs, ISO processes, and documented project plans.
