Actus Consulting Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a Robotics Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional robotics product development from concept through production. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers to deliver complex robotic systems on schedule, within budget, and to the required performance and quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 3+ years managing robotics, automation, electromechanical, or complex hardware development projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and engineering change processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead multiple robotics engineering projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and operations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Organize and lead project meetings, design reviews, risk assessments, and status updates.
• Resolve project conflicts and remove obstacles impacting schedule or technical progress.
• Negotiate with customers and internal teams to reach the project goal and schedule.
