Job summary

One Stop Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination from inception to completion.

You will ensure deliverables meet technical requirements, schedules, and budget while collaborating with customers and stakeholders. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and involves working with multidisciplinary teams to drive design reviews, cost control, and process improvements across product lines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering projects.
• Proven track record managing complex engineering products or high-density server/system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles (NPI) and engineering change processes.
• Knowledge of networking protocols desirable.
• Active security clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering project execution from concept through full production release.
• Develop detailed project schedules, scope documents, resource plans, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and external clients.
• Manage project risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate design reviews and documentation deliverables across systems, hardware, and software teams.
• Monitor budget, ECO/ECN changes, and scope modifications.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and industry specs.
