Job summary

You will develop schedules, scope documents, and resource plans, acting as the technical interface among Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and customers, while ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Strong communication and problem-solving across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical field required.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and ECR/ECN processes.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and Allegro.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering project execution from concept definition through full production release.
• Develop detailed project schedules, technical scope documents, resource plans, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between Engineering, PM, Operations, and customers.
• Manage project risks, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate design review milestones and deliverables with hardware, software, and systems teams.
• Monitor budget, ECO/ECN changes, and scope during project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
