Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive plant infrastructure projects across multiple sites, including capital initiatives exceeding $1MM. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan capital budgets, and ensure safety and efficiency across facilities. Strong communication and travel up to 50% are essential.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Chemical or Mechanical backgrounds, and hands-on experience in project leadership and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to conceptualize, design, lead, and manage projects.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own projects at multiple sites from start to finish; may exceed $1MM.
• Present major projects to senior leadership.
• Plan and manage capital projects or support plant personnel as required.
