Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead multi-site capital projects and support infrastructure improvements. you will drive project delivery from initiation through completion across multiple locations, ensuring safety, cost effectiveness, and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, strong communication, and the ability to travel ~50% while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Expect a dynamic, high‑impact environment in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to conceptualize, design, lead, and manage projects.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; 2D CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own projects at multiple sites from start to finish with projects periodically exceeding $1MM.
• Present major projects to senior and business group leadership.
• Plan and manage capital projects or support plant personnel as required.
• Establish guidelines for plant systems to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards.
• Report and implement corporate best practices across facilities.
