Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent.
• PE license encouraged or required depending on level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with generation projects and project lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities among AEP, developers, A/E firms, and OEMs.
• Schedule and facilitate engineering meetings; provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure design reviews, RFIs responses, and technical compliance across projects.
• Travel up to 25% outside Ohio during construction phases.
