Job summary

Hargrove EPC seeks an experienced process engineer to lead technical aspects of projects and support the Project Manager in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading safety practices, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and delivering design documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering and project management experience, a B.S.

or M.S. in Engineering, and professional registration such as PE or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Promotes the culture of safety in process design.
• Familiarity with chemical/biochemical process engineering concepts.
• Experience creating process engineering documents from vendor data/drawings.
• Understanding required skills for process engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects and support PM on cost, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Lead safety culture and ensure design meets standards and codes.
• Produce preliminary designs, layouts, and cost studies as needed.
• Coordinate with design leaders for interdisciplinary alignment.
• Review vendor drawings and provide construction support.
