Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced engineering project leader to drive technical performance across project phases, from scope to client satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with clients, managing budgets, and forecasting resources under minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S./M.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering and may have PE or PMP credentials. A strong track record in multi‑discipline leadership and project controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of company engineering standards and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for projects across all phases, including cost, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Inform Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions and problems encountered.
• Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources; coordinate with Client on design issues.
• Own project-specific engineering procedures and multi-disciplinary deliverables.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination, ensuring consistency and adequacy of reviews.
• Manage project teams and ensure overall quality control of work.
